When are the mobile phone manufacturer getting Android 9.0 Pie?

This is an simple introduction About Android 9.0 Pie from Wikipedia:

Android "P" was officially released on August 6, 2018 as "Android 9 Pie"8 and is currently available for Google Pixel devices, Kenxinda K30, the OnePlus 6, Nokia 7 Plus and the Essential Phone. Google announced it will release Android 9 Pie (Go Edition), the lite version of Android Pie, in autumn.

Android "Pie" is the ninth major update and the 16th version of the Android operating system. It was first announced by Google on March 7, 2018, and the first developer preview was released on the same day. The second preview, considered beta quality, was released on May 8, 2018. The third preview, called Beta 2, was released on June 6, 2018. The fourth preview, called Beta 3, was released on July 2, 2018. The final beta of Android P was released on July 25, 2018.

HONOR

After the Honor 10 and View 10 were confirmed to be receiving some delicious Pie, it was also confirmed that the newly released Honor Play would also be receiving the eventual update for Android 9.0 Pie. A closed beta for the latest EMUI 9 running on Android 9.0 Pie has also been confirmed, but user numbers are exceptionally small at the moment.
While these are the only phones confirmed so far, the company would be remiss not to include some of its other phones in that update, so keep your peepers peeled for more update news.

HTC

Shortly after Android P was released in August, HTC notified users of phones that will receive the Android P update via a tweet. Don’t expect that to be the end though; it’s highly likely that the newly released HTC U12 Life will also be receiving a slice of Pie.

HUAWEI

Huawei was a major holdout in announcing Android 9.0 Pie updates, but the company has finally confirmed that it is working on delivering Android 9.0 Pie to some of its biggest phones. The company previously announced that the P20 and Mate 10 Prowould be updated, and followed up with an updated list that also included the Mate 10, Mate 10 Porsche Design, and P20 Pro.
Two thousand lucky users of those phones will also be getting access to the closed beta of Huaweis EMUI 9, with the caveat that its still a fairly unstable build.

Following an open beta for Android 9.0 Pie on the OnePlus, OnePlus confirmed that it was rolling out the consumer version of the operating system is now rolling out. In July, OnePlus also announced the OnePlus 3 and 3T would also receive an update to Android 9.0 Pie. But don’t think it’ll be done quickly — OnePlus plans to update its handsets to Android 9.0 Pie in reverse-sequential order: The OnePlus 6 will be the first to be updated, while the OnePlus 3 will be last. Unfortunately, we don’t have specific dates for other phones just yet — but OnePlus has released the following statement:
“OnePlus is driven by the idea of giving people the best possible hardware and software experience and that’s why we’ve been excited about Android P for some time now, having worked closely with the Android Beta Program. We’re looking forward to bringing Android P to OnePlus 6, as well as updating OnePlus 5/5T, and OnePlus 3/3T, ensuring OnePlus users all over the world can continue to enjoy new features.”

SAMSUNG

While Samsung is probably still a fair way away from its Android 9.0 Pie update, there’s evidence that it’s working on it. As spotted by Dutch website GalaxyClub, a listing for a Galaxy S9 Plus on GFXBench shows “Android 9” as the phone’s operating system. There’s easy money on this being a Samsung test device for Android 9.0 Pie, and hopefully means that Samsung is further along than we expect for the Korean manufacturer’s usually sluggish update schedule.
We expect most Samsung flagships from the past few years to get the update — including the Galaxy S8 — and we expect that more than a few of Samsung’s midrange devices will also get the upgrade. Samsung’s problem lies in the fact that its user interface, the Samsung Experience, is heavily customized. As such it takes a lot more work on Samsung’s part to create the update.
